If you wonder how Marvel will handle the apocalyptic end of Avengers : Infinity War in Avengers 4, the question that everyone is asking is much more pragmatic in reality : who will leave and who will stay ?

It is a fact that Avengers 4 will bring a big change within the MCU. Already because it is going to launch the mysterious Phase IV , which should bring us lots of new heroes. But this will also be surely the opportunity to say goodbye to a lot of old who, after 10 years of good and loyal services, are coming to the end of contract.

If the case appears to be folded to Robert Downey Jr., it was also felt that Chris Evans was going to hang up the shield.

Chris Evans, at the end of the race ?

Besides, he had cracked a small moving message at the beginning of October which suggested that he dropped the shield, before going back on his words to leave unexplained. But as this departure is more or less announced from a long time, you do not believe too much to this reversal of the situation. And it was wrong.

In effect, this is Joe Russo, one of the directors ofAvengers 4, has just declared that the micro in USA Today that the departure of Evans was perhaps not one in reality :

“I think that the filming was even more emotionally charged for Chris Evans as it is for us. Mainly because it has not yet been completed. I don’t want to explain what I’m trying to say, but the public will understand it soon.”

A response surprisingly cryptic and can be taken in several senses. Is it the filming itself, which may be extended a little, in which case the actor has not actually been completed ? Or is this mean that Captain America is going to survive his next adventure and participate in the following ?

The mystery remains, even if one recalls that Evans had already arrived in the end of contract with Marvel and that he has extended to be able to do Avengers 4. So, everything is possible. The Verdict on 24 April in France.
