British defense Secretary Gavin Williamson in his speech on February 11 in London is going to declare that Russia should pay for the annexation of the Crimea and poisoning Skipala and call allies to be ready to “use force”. About it writes Reuters.

“The boundaries between peace and war become blurred,” reads the text of the speech.
