Cadillac Fairview Corporation and Investment Management will build a 46-storey office tower in Toronto, which will house Committee on the management of pension funds of Ontario teachers (Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan). The building will be situated in the North-Eastern part at the intersection of Front St. and Simcoe St.
Company commercial real estate hopes to attract new tenants to the opening of the building for $800 million in the fall of 2022. It will include 1.2 million square feet of office space, 12 290 square feet, designed to accommodate retailers, and 339 Parking spaces.
It’s part of recent investments from Cadillac Fairview, including $1.5 billion for implementation of office projects and $25 million for the reconstruction of the shopping center CF Champlain in Moncton.
