The second U.S.-North Korean summit will be held in the same format as the first, reported Today, citing us administration.
“I can say that in the format it will resemble what we saw in June last year in Singapore,” said a senior White house reporters on February 21.
He explained that in Hanoi, the US President Donald trump and the leader of the DPRK Kim Jong-UN will be able to meet tete-a-tete lunch, and to participate in meetings of their delegations in the extended format.
“After he essentially melted the ice with Kim Jong-UN in June, President trump seeks to discuss in more detail the future, which may be North Korea if it fulfills its promise at the final and fully verifiable denuclearization,” — said in the White house.
Another goal of the summit is representative of Washington called search for common U.S.-DPRK understanding of nuclear disarmament of the Korean Peninsula.
