The commander of a Ukrainian ship seized by Russia in the Kerch Strait, Denis Gritsenko during the interrogation, denied the accusations of the Russian Federation “illegal border crossing”. This was announced by Russian lawyer Nikolai Polozov on his page in Facebook.

According to him, the captain of the second rank Gritsenko, who commanded a small armored boat “Berdyansk”, called interrogation prisoner of war.

“Today I finally met with Ukrainian prisoners of war sailor Denis Gritsenko. Communication took place in the Investigation Department of the FSB (it is directly adjacent to the SIZO “Lefortovo”)… Any criminal Denis Gritsenko himself does not recognize. At the next interrogation, he said under the Protocol, the prisoners of war. This position will adhere to all sailors”, — Polozov wrote.

He added that in relation to Gritsenko no one used force, or pressure, on the contrary — are respectful. Also this week, some lawyers will see other prisoners of war sailors. All the information about their health status immediately reported to the relatives.

“Learn more about reality, lawyers and prisoners of war sailors will be reported at a press conference in Kiev”, — announced the lawyer.

We will remind, recently the Commissioner for human rights of the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova visited the wounded of the Ukrainian sailors in Moscow prison “Matrosskaya Tishina” and the Ukrainian Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova on their health. According to Moskalkova, the diagnosis of sailors shrapnel wounds mild.

As previously reported “FACTS”, the Ukrainian diplomat mentioned the effective way to deter Putin’s aggression on the Azov sea.
