A teenager will be judged from Monday before the assize court of Charente-Maritime for the murder of Alexia Silva Costa.
This young 15 year old girl had gone missing on February 1, 2016 after leaving his high school of Saint-Trojan-les-Bains, on the island of Oleron, leaving his bag and his bike to the school.
His corpse will be discovered on the 10th of march 2016 in a water hole covered by branches in the forest park located near his high school, where she was educated in second grade
A student of the school, and the age at the time of 16 years, was arrested a month later. During his arrest, the suspect was in possession of the mobile phone and the headphones of the victim.
Placed in custody, he had confessed to the facts. He was said to have been taken of an access of violence because Alexia had refused his advances.
He had beaten his face before the stranger. Then he had pulled out a knife-type Knife and had stabbed her several times including to the throat and stomach.
He had then dug the soil with bare hands to conceal the body. The verdict will be known on Wednesday.
