The Governor of Florida Rick Scott declared a state of emergency in 26 counties in the state in the Caribbean is gaining strength tropical storm “Michael”.
According to the forecasts of meteorologists, today, October 8 “Michael” could become a hurricane, and later (presumably on Wednesday) — to come down on the North-Eastern coast of the Gulf of Mexico with the force of a hurricane 2nd category.

As of 5 a.m. Eastern time “Michael” was about 145 km East of Cozumel (Mexico). The maximum speed of sustained winds in the storm center reached 113 miles per hour. (Hurricane 1 category starts with 119 km in an hour.)
According to forecasts of the National hurricane center before reaching U.S. shores, “Michael” flood Cuba with showers.
