He said this today during a meeting with Russian journalists in Strasbourg.
“This should be done before the meeting in Helsinki in may, which will bring together all the foreign Ministers. Space to find a solution still have,” he said.
According to him, June of next year – the deadline for payment after which the Council of Europe will be forced to initiate the procedure of suspension of Russia’s membership in the statutory bodies of the organization.
