Singapore Airlines has launched a record the length of the route in 2004, but 9 years later cancelled it because of rising fuel prices.

From 18 October, the flight from Singapore to Newark will be operated daily. And in November, Singapore airlines will launch flights to Los Angeles and San Francisco.
