In the United States tortured 12 children, the parents pleaded guilty

In California, the parents of 13 children pleaded guilty in the torture of some of them, reports NBC.

According to available information, David and Louis Turpin filed the accusations that they ill-treated children, endangering them, illegally imprisoned, beaten and starved.

It is clarified that the parents will not participate in the hearing, as made a deal with the investigation.
