After the long-awaited arrival of Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy, it is the turn of a new player entering the runway.
The cast of the sequel to It is becoming clearer by the day. After the official confirmation of Jessica Chastain (Beverly Marsh), James McAvoy (Bill Denbrough), Bill Hader (Richiez Tozier), James Ransone (Edie Kasbrak) and finally Andy Bean (Stanley Uris), a newcomer comes to be embedded in the gang of losers.

If you remember well, only two roles were still missing to the call : Mike Hanlon (Chosen Jacobs) and Ben Hanscom (Jeremy Ray Taylor). So this will be Jay Ryan, recently seen in Beauty and the Beast (the tv series, not the movie) who will play Ben Hanscom in his version adult 27 years later.
New zealand actor made his entry in the great court. This role will allow him to make it known to the wider public, the actor who mostly played in tv series (and very few movies). It is in particular shown in the first season of Top of the Lake and therefore in the adaptation Beauty and the Beast signed CW. So naturally the actor was quick to announce the good news on his Twitter page.

With the arrival of Jay Ryan, there is more than one role missing for the joyous troop is complete. Andrés Muschietti, director of Mama, will return behind the camera. Beverly, Bill, Eddie, Ben, Mike, Stanley and Richie, when they become adults will have to live up to their promises, and return to the fight their worst nightmares in the awful city of Derry. The shooting is planned for this summer and the French release for September 2019. Patience…
