Popular portal zbirna.com released the results of a referendum on the definition of the best player of the Ukrainian League of 2018, according to a survey of players and head coaches of the elite division.

In the past year the recognition of their colleagues on the football craft was awarded the 30-year-old midfielder of Shakhtar Donetsk and Ukraine national team Marlos (pictured in the title — son of Bernardo), who became the winner of the referendum for the third time in a row. Voting in Brazil born footballer scored 349 points, ahead of midfielder Kiev “Dynamo” Viktor Tsygankov (206 points) and his teammate Tyson (192).

In the top ten on the results of the survey also included: ismaily (Shakhtar, 65 points), Yaroslav Rakitskiy (Shakhtar, 38), Marian Swede (“Karpaty”, 25), Benjamin, Verbic (“Dynamo”, 25), Yuri Pankiv (“Alexandria”, 16), Andriy Pyatov (Shakhtar Donetsk, 15) and Yevhen BANADA (“Alexandria”, 14).

I note that over the 24 years of the existence of referendum (until the 2016 poll conducted by the newspaper “the Team”) was recognized as the best 17 players from four clubs:

1996, 1998, 1999 — Serhiy Rebrov (Dynamo);

The 1997 — Andriy Shevchenko (FC Dynamo);

2000 — Andriy Vorobei (Shakhtar);
