Well-known Russian artist Sergei Elkin in the new cartoon ridiculed the plans, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in Russia to create special administrative regions with signs of offshore, reports Chronocount with reference to apostrophe.ua.
The picture posted on the page of the artist Facebook, was amused by network users.
“Medvedev confirmed plans to create offshore zones in Russia”, – said in the caption to the photo.
So, the figure shows Medvedev with a candle, drawing around itself a circle. The inscription in it reads “Offshore zone”.
