Be sure to drink at least 2 liters of water and several cups of green tea a day. This will positively affect the absorption of protein and prevents constipation.
It is worth remembering that the abundance of protein in the daily menu can cause increase levels of “bad” cholesterol in the blood, so to abuse the proposed diet is not necessary. Literally two weeks is enough to achieve good results in losing weight. Repeat the protein diet can be no more than 4 times a year.
