30-year-old Rupert Grint, who became famous after performing the role of Ron Weasley in the film adaptation of the famous novel Harry Potter, gave an interview with Radio Times. In it, the actor spoke about how hard it is for him, 11-year-old boy, had to cope with his fame.
I’m struggling to remember life before the filming of the picture. It was a weird time, I was completely absorbed in filming. I think I lost the real me along the way. Sometimes I wanted to be invisible and just go in, say, a barbecue with friends. But it’s hard to do so far. So thank you all see in your character, and at some point you realize that he hardly shared by himself and his character
— he admitted.
Rupert was frankly told that there were moments when he wanted to quit and just walk away. Prior to filming the boy lived a normal life and was very happy. After the shooting of the film franchise in 2007, he decided to take a break:
I didn’t even know where to go. I had a feeling I missed a lot of normal everyday things. I lost touch with many of my friends from school. I wanted to live a little. I’ve never been superambitious. I think I always wanted to prove to myself that I’m worth something, but I understand that this will remain completely insecure person.
According to estimates by the media, during the filming of “potteriany” Rupert earned about $ 35 million. But in an interview the actor admitted that he did not know exactly how much money he has — not in them happiness.

I can not even guess how many. It’s not too motivates me. Money makes you feel comfortable, and that’s good. I’m glad I have them, but I’m not really focused on enrichment.
