The German company Kartina Digital GmbH has tried to influence the outcome of elections to the Bundestag in 2017, distributing relevant ads for the right populist party AfD through Russian television programs, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to the Apostrophe.
“The task force was a Russian-speaking voters in Germany. One of the shareholders of media companies is the oligarch and supporter of Putin, Viktor Gushan”, – reported in the program.
It is noted that on the eve of parliamentary elections in September last year during the broadcast of programs of the Russian propaganda channel “Russia 1” twisted party AfD logo and the call in Russian: “Let’s vote in the AfD format! For our common future”.
At the moment, the work of the company became interested in the Prosecutor’s office of Frankfurt am main. The company Kartina suspected unlicensed broadcasting of TV programs in Germany.
