As many admit, on paper, Shazam! we did moderately dream. Already because the hero, although he is a fixture in the DC universe, is not our eyes the more exciting. Then, because the trailer has not caught the eye more than that. In Short, Shazam !, it looks nice, and no more.
And it is a mistake surely. Besides, this is all what you wish for because the principle of the movie is when even a little intriguing, and the idea of seeing a sort of remake of hidden in the movie Big with Tom Hanks, but with a super-hero to the place, well, it excites a little of our side deviant. No, in fact, come to think of it, it looks very much the film of David F. Sandberg. What gets in our way, in reality, it is its marketing.
The cool side seems to be indeed a bit too forced and artificial, and there are still great chances that the final communication we sell a film on the basis of this that it is not in reality. Well, after, this would not be the first time we did it but at the moment, Warner and DC are in the process of slowly up the slope, we say that this is not necessarily the most clever to re-engage the sympathy of the public.
