The first racket of Ukraine Elina Svitolina has reached the third round of a major clay tournament in Rome Premier 5 with prize money of $3,351,720.
Svitolina in the status of the fourth-seeded miss the first round and the second round met with 36-th racket of the world from Croatia’s Petra Martic, who in the first round defeated Ukrainian Lesia Tsurenko. Svitolina on personal meetings he led 2:1 and was considered the undisputed favorite of the match.
