Ten-year-old girl died after her power was thrown from the ride at the harvest festival in Deerfield, new Jersey.
The child fell off the merry-go-round called “Extreme” in the fall she suffered serious injuries, according to state police. Its air was taken to the Cooper hospital where she was pronounced dead. A child’s identity is not disclosed, the reason and circumstances of her death are still under investigation.
“Extreme” is similar to an American city, the ride spins passengers in a horizontal circle. Skelly’s Amusements, the company that manages the theme Park at the festival, assisting in the investigation.
The festival organizers have canceled the parade and shut down the opportunity for riding on the carousel, but the other events were held in accordance with the schedule.
